Before we jump into the system specifics, let’s make sure you have verified your email address and can get access to your admin account.

To gain access to your WL account you’ll need to first verify your support email.

This is a vital step because your support email will be used to send automated messages on your behalf. Emails such as:

  • When you add one of your customers to an app
  • When your apps have been published

If you do not verify your email address, we won’t be able to send out these messages.

How to verify your email in three easy steps:

  1. Go to your support email inbox
  2. Look for a verification email from Amazon
  3. Click the link in the email

If you don’t see the email, be sure to reach out to our success team at wlsupport@buildfire.com 

Once your email address is verified, you’ll be able to log into your account and proceed with the next lessons.
