You can check your invoice history at any time. This helps you:
Review past payments .
Confirm your current subscription plan.
Verify your payment method and billing information.
Download past invoices and manage your subscription.
Requirements
Active Buildfire account with admin access.
Access to the email address linked with your subscription.
How to view your invoice history
Log in to your Buildfire Control Panel.
In the lower left corner, click on your Account Profile Picture.
Select Account Settings.
Click Subscriptions.
Choose Manage Plan.
You will be redirected to Stripe’s Customer Portal where you will find your invoices.
Troubleshooting tips
Always ensure you are using the email associated with your Buildfire account.
This only applies to payments processed through Stripe. Buildfire began using Stripe on February 1, 2025. For invoices prior to that date, please contact Buildfire Support.
