Add preset and custom fields to your login screen. This allows you to gather extra details about your users and tag them for access control or personalization.
Requirements
This feature is only available on the Growth and Scale plans.
How to add custom registration fields
Log in, go to User Access, then select Login Screen from the left side menu
Click the Customized tab in the login screen editor
Toggle the feature ON to begin adding fields
Add a New Field you have two options
Preset Field
Click + Add Preset Fields
Select field: Full Name, Profile Picture, Date of Birth, Bio, Address, or Phone Number
Add Custom Fields with the following options
Text, Number, Single Select, or Multi Select
Customize the Field settings
Toggle Active
Customize the field label, placeholder text, validation rules, and required status
Assign tags based on user input using the Generate Options feature
Set Field Visibility: public, private, or user-controlled
Set Editability: whether the field can be edited later in the user profile
Set Field Position: display during registration only or also in the profile screen
Choose Display Style for select fields: List, Drawer, or Input

Troubleshooting tips
If fields aren’t appearing, make sure the Customized tab is enabled.
To test tag behavior, register a test user and confirm tags appear under User Management.
