The plugin analytics tab gives you insight into how users engage with each feature inside your app. It helps you understand which plugins get the most traffic, when they’re being used, and who your most active users are. You can compare performance across different plugins to decide which ones need updates, redesign, or better placement in your app’s navigation.

Requirements

  • Available for all plugins within your app

  • Requires active users and the plugin opens to generate data

  • Data displays for the last 90 days

How to understand your plugin analytics

  1. Log in, go to Builder in the left navigation

  2. Open your app and select the plugin you want to review

  3. Click the Analytics tab

    • You’ll see three main sections: Overview Graph, Top Users, and Details

  4. Review the Overview Graph

    • This shows daily opens of the selected plugin over the last 30, 60, or 90 days

    • Use this data to identify engagement trends and seasonal activity spikes

  5. Check the Top Users section

    • Displays the users who open this plugin most frequently

    • Includes their Name, Email, and Total Opens count

    • Helps you identify highly engaged users who could be rewarded or targeted with personalized content

  6. Open the Details section

    • Shows a full list of all users who accessed the plugin within the selected time range

    • Includes detailed information such as user name, email, device type, and platform

    • Useful for troubleshooting platform-specific issues or measuring adoption across iOS vs Android

  7. Compare plugin performance

    • Review analytics for multiple plugins to see which ones perform best

    • Low-performing plugins may need improved placement in the app or refreshed content

Pro tips

  • Use the plugin analytics tab monthly to spot trends and catch drops in engagement early

  • Pair plugin analytics with app-wide analytics for a full picture of user activity

  • If a plugin has low usage, test moving it to a more visible area (like your home screen or side menu)

  • Use the top users list to identify loyal customers and send targeted push notifications or rewards

  • Track usage over time to measure the impact of design updates or content changes
