How to use the Account page

Manage your profile, security, and subscriptions in one place

The account page lets you update your personal details, change your password, enable two-factor authentication, and manage your Buildfire subscriptions and billing


Requirements

  • Any role can access the Account Details page

  • You must be the App Editor, App Owner, or App Admin to access the Subscription page


How to use the Account page

  1. Log in, click your profile image or icon in the bottom-left corner

  2. Click Account Settings to open your account page

  3. Under Account Details you can:

    • Update your personal information

      1. Edit your first name and last name

      2. Click Save Changes

    • Change your password

      1. Enter your current password

      2. Enter and confirm your new password

      3. Click Save Changes

    • Enable two-factor authentication

      1. Turn on two-factor authentication

      2. Enter the verification code sent to your email

      3. Complete setup to finish enabling two-factor authentication

  4. Under the Subscriptions section

    • View plan details or update billing information

      1. Click Manage Plan

    • Cancel your account if needed

      1. Click Cancel Account

      2. Follow the prompts to complete cancellation
