Our publishing process has now been fully automated so you no longer have to jump on two-factor authentication calls with our publishing team.

Here are the steps required for the new automation to work properly:

Step 1: Log into your "https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/" account.

Step 2: Navigate to "Users and Access".

Step 3: Click on the field "App Manager" on the left-hand side of the screen under "Users".

Step 4: Click on the blue "+" button to add a new user to your Developer account.

Step 5: Fill out the first name "BuildFire" and the last name "Mobileapps" and add "Publishing3@BuildFire.com" as the email.
โ€‹Step 6: Select "App Manager" as the role and grant us access to "Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles" so we can submit your app to the app store and generate your Push Notification certificates.

Step 7: Navigate back to the BuildFire Control panel and select "Publishing Information" and make sure all of the store information is listed correctly.

Once all of your publishing information is filled out you are now ready to publish your app!

At the bottom of the screen, you will need to click the green "Yes, Submit for publishing" button.

You will then be prompted with a message to enter your two-factor authentication code that will be sent to the device that you set up for two-factor authentication through Apple. You can also receive your two-factor code via SMS.

Once you receive that code, go ahead and add the code in the prompted area. After that, your app is in our publishing team's hands and can take it across the finish line.

You will be sent update emails from Apple regarding your submission and when your app is live. If you have any questions regarding this process or the emails Apple sends you, feel free to reach out to our Support@BuildFire.com and we are happy to assist you further.

Please note: You will need to have your Apple Developer account agreements up to date in order for us to process your submission. If you are unsure if the agreements are up to date, please log in to "https://developer.apple.com/account/#/overview/S59J5BGD9Q" and "https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/login"

Again, if you have any questions, please reach out to "Support@BuildFire.com".
