The app dashboard provides a clear overview of your app’s performance across installs, registrations, user activity, and purchases. You can filter data by date, customize which metrics appear, and access shortcuts to push notifications, integrations, and user management.

Requirements

  • Your app must be published

  • Only admin users with dashboard access can view app metrics

How to use the App Dashboard

  1. Log in, go to Dashboard in the left navigation

  2. At the top, review your App Metrics panel, which includes:

    • Average Session Duration – how long users spend in the app

    • App Downloads – total installs across all platforms

    • App Launches – number of times the app was opened

    • Registered Users – users who created accounts

    • Notifications Opened

    • New Purchases

    • Push Notifications Sent

  3. Use the Date Filter (tune icon) to adjust the time range

    • Options include Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days, This Month, Last X Months, or a custom range

    • Custom ranges support up to 90 days back

  4. Click Export to download the currently displayed dashboard data as a CSV

  5. Click Customize to control which metrics appear

    • Enable optional data points such as All-Time Unique User Accounts or All-Time Unique Active Devices

    • Add plugin analytics by selecting:

      1. A plugin

      2. An event type (from that plugin’s analytics tab)

      3. Whether to show filtered data or all-time data

      4. Add an Action Item metric. This requires enabling tracking inside the action item

        1. Open the feature → click the action item → enable Track Analytics

        2. Enter a Name and a valid ID (3–30 characters, lowercase letters/numbers/dashes)

        3. Save, then return to Dashboard → Customize → Add Metric → Action Item

      5. Add a User Tag metric by selecting any tag and displaying how many users have it

  6. Scroll to the Push Notifications panel to view recent notifications and their send dates

  7. Click See All Push Notifications to open the full notification analytics page

  8. Use dashboard shortcuts on the right:

    • Send Push Notification – opens New Push Notification

    • Promote Your App – opens Integrations → Certificates (Firebase, Facebook, Segment)

    • Check App Store Ratings – opens your app’s live store listing rating page

  9. Review Top Weekly Users, Recent Active Users, and Newly Registered Users for quick insight into user behavior

  10. Click User Management to open the Users section

    • Shortcut takes you to Users → User Management
